Vaultflow is a credentials and subscriptions manager designed for those who prioritize extreme privacy. Unlike other managers that store your information on external servers, Vaultflow operates exclusively via encrypted local storage with no cloud synchronization. You are the sole administrator and entirely responsible for safeguarding your Master Password.

With Vaultflow, you can securely store your passwords organized by service (e.g. Gmail, Netflix), as well as track your active monthly subscriptions. The application will alert you about upcoming payments (e.g. Netflix in 5 days) and calculate your estimated monthly spend. Additionally, it includes backup tools to export or import your entire vault via an Excel file.

System Requirements (PC)

• x64 Architecture (64-bit): Works on the vast majority of modern computers (manufactured in the last 10-15 years). Not compatible with very old 32-bit (x86) systems.
• Operating System: Windows, macOS, or Linux.
• Security: It is highly recommended to use a strong and secure Master Password.
• Local Storage: At least 100MB available for installation and backups.
• Absolute Privacy: NO internet connection required or used.

Critical Recommendations

• Keep your Master Password in a safe place. If you lose it, there is no way to recover your data and you will have to reinstall the app losing your entire vault.
• Make regular backups ("Backup Data") by downloading your Excel file and keep it on an external hard drive or secure USB, as this file will not be encrypted by default.
• Set your base currency (USD, CLP, etc.) in the settings for accurate calculation of your subscriptions.
